It is dated to November 29, 1943 and signed in blue ink by the Commander of the 313th Infantry Regiment, an Oberst (Colonel), the name is illegible. Measuring 148 mm (w) x 210 mm (h), with two folding creases, light fraying and creasing, and minor discolouration, remaining near very fine.
