A pleasant bouquet of ripe red fruits and spices is sustained on the palate by crisp acidity and an open, enveloping tannic structure. A versatile wine in terms of food pairings as it goes well with cured meats, lamb, beef, veal and even chicken. A blend of 67% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Sangiovese.
