O. Ribeira Sacra by the Gumaro winery. Pedro M. Rodrguez Prez started this project by picking up a family winemaking tradition that dates back to 1886. To do this, the winery, which was renovated in 1991, has opted for traditional, artisanal and ecological production. All of this work was recognised by the prestigious
