It is fully lined. It still has the original price tag attached. Has side button and pockets. Dry clean only. The skirt is labeled as a 10, but it is far smaller than a modern 10. Please see measurements. Perfect, except for two flaws There is a small hole about 1. 75" from the bottom, and there is a tiny hole under the waist (see pics). MEASUREMENTS:
