Buttons up from an elastic waist, front zipper and hook and eye at waist, belt. Excellent vintage condition elastic at waist was replaced and hand stitched (bc Id rather remove my eyeballs than use my sewing machine), one little nub in the weave of the fabric on left chest. No labels. Feels like a cotton poly blend. Fits like a small. Measurements: neck to sleeve 6
